THIERRY HENRY AND THE FOOTBALL WORLD His Early life Henry's father Antoine is from Guadeloupe {La Desirade island} and his mother Maryse, is from Martinique. He was born and nurtured in Les Ulis suburb of Paris which sometimes referred to as a very strong neighbourhood,with provision of good footballing facilities.
